Not only are they beautiful but they have so many medicinal uses. Hid you know that sponging hives with an infusion of lightly crushed elderflowers gets rid of the swelling as well as the dscolouration even when they have been cause by an allergic reaction to antibiotics?
I have adapted the color of life with hip and charm at every step. What I have been through has changed me a lot, makes me strong and begets my life pretty good online... Allows me to keep my family and friends updated on some of my thoughts and activities.

In California our native elderberry is protected as it is host to an endangered beetle.
